Simon is a professionally qualified (PRINCE2 & APM) Senior Technical Project Manager with over 27 years of Information Technology (IT) and business change management experience. He has delivered commercial value via challenging and multidisciplinary end-to-end system projects with budgets up to £12 million from concept to conclusion. He has strong experience as a Business Change / Transformation Manager in the Public & Private Sectors in Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) IT-enabled business changes.
