Rajib has over 25 Plus years of experience in Financial Services Business, Risk Management, Target Operating Model, Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Business Architecture, BI, Analytics, Project Management, Implementation, Design, Development of Data Warehouses. He has successfully consulted and implemented the data strategy and data governance framework for the Global Risk Functions of leading Global banks in line with regulatory requirements / priorities. His assignments involve handholding country teams comprising of CDO (Global Chief Data Officer) and Programme Managers for data definitions, governance, data lineage and other standards to comply BCBS239 requirements.

 His achievements include the successful launch of first ever Temenos Data warehouse Module for Management Information which is now subscribed by a host of top banks around the world. He has developed the OFSAA (formerly Reveleus) Basel II solution framework, Credit Risk and Transfer Pricing solutions which have become an accepted solution globally for large Tier 1 banks like Citibank, Lloyds Banking Group, Wells Fargo and Indian Banks like Axis Bank, Indusind  Bank.
