An Agile Practitioner (Scrum Master & Coach), Nilesh has implemented Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) in various programmes/projects and has proven skills in Agile coaching, facilitating all scrum events, backlog grooming; fostering Agile behaviours, collaboration and continuous improvements
